The best aspects of this hotel are its convenient location and cleanliness. The hotel is located in the centre of Kowloon, just a short walk from public transport options. It is also close to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and cozy, with all the basic amenities provided. The staff are friendly and helpful, and housekeeping is done daily.

The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of Japanese and Western food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our Christmas stay nice. The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping areas and restaurants in the heart of the city.

The bed was uncomfortable and the room was not well soundproofed, resulting in a lot of noise from other guests and the corridor.

The facilities could benefit from a bit of sprucing up, as some areas show signs of wear and tear.

This hotel is such a great find! the value for money is incredible. With prices that won't break the bank, you get a room with an amazing view from the top floor. The attention to detail is impressive, with rooms equipped with all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel's location in a very nice area in the center of Asakusa district is perfect.

All was perfect!

This hotel was conveniently located near several of the city's top attractions and markets, including the beautiful Sensoji Temple. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a wide variety of both continental and Asian dishes. the staff was friendly and accommodating and stress-free.

I was impressed with the variety and quality of the breakfast at Richmond, especially the hot cheese plate. The location was unbeatable, with a nearby subway station and plenty of great eateries. The shops below the hotel offered unique Japanese products. I'd recommend this hotel.
